Thursday 26 January in the afternoon: The Cenacle in Zion was the venue for an ecumenical gathering during the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity in Jerusalem. The liturgy, prepared by the Benedictines of Hagia Sion Abbey and presided over by Abbot Maksymilian Nawara OSB, the President of the Benedictine Congregation of the Annunciation, was attended by representatives of the local Churches and pilgrims from various parts of the world.
