The Benedictine Community of Resurrection has two monasteries in Peru. Naña (in the diocese of Chosica) and Chucuito, which is located near Lake Titicaca. Since 2022, the community has been under the direct jurisdiction of the abbot president and his council. The Abbot President's visit to Peru (between 29 April and 10 May )this year focused on the new canonical status and future prospects. Many meetings with the community in both places led to a better understanding of the community's canonical situation and well-planned projects for the future.
