In recent years, the Council of Abbot President has met more frequently online.

The online meetings have always been informative. Once a year a very international council has to meet in person. The three days of intensive work sessions serve to discuss in detail the problems and issues in the monasteries of our congregation and allow the necessary decisions to be taken.

This year, the Council met at St. Matthias Abbey in Trier from 23 to 27 October.
